Giving Tuesday – December 2, 2025

Giving Tuesday is a global movement that unleashes the power of radical generosity. What began in 2012 as a simple idea—a day dedicated to doing good—has grown into a worldwide celebration that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, serve, collaborate, and uplift their communities. This year, we invite you to join the movement in whatever way feels meaningful to you: give your time, share your voice, extend kindness, or make a monetary contribution.

At Greystone Baptist Church (GBC), our GivingTuesday focus will be a 50/50 offering,  shared between A Place at the Table and the GBC Operating Budget

All gifts designated “GivingTuesday” and received Tuesday, December 2 through Thursday,  December 4 will be divided evenly—supporting both the mission of A Place at the Table and the  continued ministry and outreach of GBC.

About A Place at the Table

Founded in 2015, A Place at the Table is Raleigh’s first pay-what-you-can café, created to offer  community and nourishing meals to all, regardless of ability to pay. Your donations help directly  combat hunger and food insecurity right here in our city.

About Greystone Baptist Church

At GBC, every person is welcomed, affirmed, valued, and loved. We believe all are created in  the image of God, and we encourage everyone to participate fully in the life, faith, and mission  of our community.

As GivingTuesday approaches, we invite you to get involved—give generously to GBC, lend a  hand to a neighbor, perform an act of kindness, or find your own way to be part of this beautiful  movement of generosity.

See our Ways to Give to Greystone page and make sure to designate your offering to GivingTuesday and  please share this letter with your network, friends, family, and neighbors to help us spread the  word.
