What a great week it was being at Unidiversity Youth Camp with 19 students from Greystone Baptist Church July 17 – 22, 2017, held at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville! Our students and adults enjoyed a wonderful week of Bible study, recreation, and worship while also strengthening old friendships and forming new ones.

Many of the students really connected with the week’s theme of Christmas Presence as we discussed Hope, Love, Peace, and Joy and how those are relevant in the lives of teenagers. Students reflected on the hope that is in each of us. Each person was reminded that he or she is a beloved and precious child of God. Students were reminded that peace doesn’t mean backing away from conflict. To close the week, students celebrated the joy that comes from the abundant life that God offers to them through Christ Jesus.
