When hearing of a friend’s severe illness, accident, struggle with addiction, mental health, or death of a close one, do you feel awkward bringing it up in a conversation with them? Most of us find it difficult to know what words to say and what to avoid. Greystone is privileged to count as members three eminent counseling practitioners who will share their thoughts on and ways to practice a “Ministry of Presence.”
This discussion will take place on May 11, 6:00 p.m., in the Fellowship Hall. A light supper of soup and bread will be served as Patti Austin, Justin Williamson and Elizabeth Worley present an informative and useful class.
