Crock Pot Cook-Off: Children’s Fundraiser – January 25, 2025

Join us for a church-wide Crockpot Cook-Off on Saturday, January 25 at 5 PM in the Fellowship Hall. We want to try your best crockpot dish, be it pot roast, mac and cheese, soup, stew, chili, or buffalo chicken dip. Did you know you can cook dessert in a crockpot? Lava cake, bread pudding, cherry buckle and so much more can be cooked in your crockpot. We can’t wait to see and taste what you come up with.

This year’s cook-off will consist of three categories:

-Appetizers and side dishes (dip, mac and cheese, veggies, etc)

-Main Course (roast, chili, soup, etc)

– Dessert

Hotdogs will be available for our children.

The yummy food is only part of what this night will hold. You will also get a chance to meet and get to know your Greystone family better as we fellowship together. You are sure to go home from this night with a full tummy and a full heart. There is no charge for this event, however, donations will be accepted. All funds raised will help pay for our children to attend camps and retreats.

We need your help to make this event a success. Please let us know if you can help with setup, cleanup, serving, or vote tallying for the Crock Pot Cook Off. You can sign up HERE, or speak to April Alston or Steve Wheeler.

Sign up HERE to enter the cook-off or simply to attend – all attendees get to help judge the contest. Registration for this event can be done through Realm or in person on Sunday mornings. If you need registering through Realm, please call the church office.
